RFP Issued for Nichewaug Inn in Petersham, a 2002 Most Endangered
Petersham's Nicehewaug Inn seems like the proverbial phoenix. Again and again this historic Inn has seemingly been down for the count, only to come back with the efforts of dedicated local citizens and advocates who never gave up hope of saving this part of Petersham's history.
The Town has released an all-options RFP for the site and advocates are hopeful that a proposal that merges the restoration and reuse of this iconic property with a new use will be submitted.
A walk through will be happening on Monday, November 27.
