We are looking for volunteers to assist us with registration for our event at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. The dinner is delicious and FREE to volunteers! Join us!

Preservation Massachusetts requires the assistance of a number of volunteers for the 2012 Preservation Awards Dinner.
The event will take place on Wednesday May 2, 2012 at The Fairmont Copley Plaza, 138 Saint James Avenue, Boston. The event begins for guests at 6:00, however volunteers will need to arrive at 4:00.
This event is our largest fundraiser of the year and is continually considered the premier preservation event of the year. Our annual attendance of approximately 400 draws widely from the preservation, architecture, construction, development and business communities.
Volunteers’ responsibilities will be to assist in set up, registration and other coordination as necessary throughout the evening.
Requirements: strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, possess a professional attitude and be personable and welcoming to guests.
